The whole bill

# Read the whole bill before the headline price.

A quote is easier to read when each charge has a name. Ask for the same set of details from any place you are considering. Leave an empty line for anything the quote does not answer.

## Give each charge its own line

The assessment

Is the first discussion a separate charge? What if no treatment is prescribed?

The product

What exact ingredient and form does the amount cover? Who sends it?

The tests

Are collection, lab work and a results discussion included?

Later care

Which check-ins are included, and which bring another bill?

The commitment

What renews, when can the charge change, and how do I cancel?

A sample of online weight-loss services advertised monthly memberships, usually with medicine billed separately, on September 26, 2026.

The sample comes from the research notes behind this guide. It shows why it helps to ask what a membership includes; it does not establish a New York med-spa price.

## A lower price cannot answer the product question

FDA is short for the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. agency that reviews medicines.

With compounding, a doctor or pharmacist prepares a particular medicine instead of supplying a drug-company product in its finished form.

A compounded medicine has no FDA approval. The FDA information dated September 26, 2026 says these medicines reach sale without its review of quality, safety or whether they work.

Compounding has a role when an approved product cannot meet a person’s medical need, the FDA says.

Ask the prescriber what that need is in your case. A discount alone does not answer it.

## Why there is no GHK-Cu price here

GHK-Cu has a short chain of three tiny parts, the same kinds of parts used to make proteins, holding a copper atom.

An atom is a tiny particle of a substance; here, that substance is the metal copper.

Skin products may call GHK-Cu copper tripeptide-1; “tripeptide” means that its chain has three parts.

This guide quotes only a drug maker’s published price for an approved medicine or a government price. Neither was available for GHK-Cu on September 30, 2026: there was no approved GHK-Cu medicine.

Ask for a written amount for the exact proposed product. Then keep the question of what it costs beside the question of what supports its use.

Separate lines make a quote easier to compare.

Keep this thought

Keep the price of the product apart from the cost of being assessed, tested and followed up.

This is a reading guide for peptide-care decisions, not a clinic, pharmacy or place that sells treatment.
